TSC Construction LLC is a family owned and operated residential/light commercial construction company located in Newburyport, Massachusetts. Our primary focus is to utilize the existing knowledge base at TSC Construction LLC, accumulated over the past 20 years in the building trades, to produce high quality additions, restorations, and new living spaces on Boston's historic North Shore.

Our philosophy is to build sustainability into our client's lives by increased awareness of the life cycle of the products used in all of our projects. We achieve this by assessing each product's carbon footprint (the energy consumed in the manufacturing, delivery, installation, maintenance, and disposal of said product) during it's life cycle. Other factors taken into consideration are air quality, natural daylighting, and renewable products that often result in a superior finish and customer satisfaction.

Every home has a carbon footprint. TSC's goal is to work with the client in developing a plan aimed at reducing this footprint without sacrificing comfort levels or exceeding budgetary limitations. This is achieved with the use of Energy Star rated products as well as strategic planning and layout unique to the particular site conditions that are currently in place. The factors that drive our design process are the client's needs and desires coupled with the most efficient components to complete a seamless final product.

The goal of the historic restoration aspect of business at TSC Construction LLC is simple, to make all building components look as though they have always existed, while reducing the home's carbon footprint. We take into consideration all of the current features in the existing structure and replicate them, while retaining the original designer/builders intent.
